Good project management skills
Well-versed in juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
One direct experience in Organizational Development, HR, or a related field
Hold a 3.0+ GPA
Proficient in operating Microsoft Office
Self-directive and team-oriented
Strong interpersonal skills to deliver quality work
Excel, Intermediate (Data Cleaning, Structure, Pivot Tables, etc.)
1 Years' Experience in Applied Statistics (R, SPSS, SAAS, Other)
1 Years' Experience in Data Mining and/or Analytics
1 Years' Experience in Data Visualization (Graphs/Charts in Excel)
Attention to Detail
1 Years' Experience in Recruiting, Training, Survey Design, and/or Delivery
