The Senior Systems Integration & Interface Engineer will support the IKE project by leading interface definition, integration planning, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring successful integration across various engineering domains throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Lead the development, documentation, and management of Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and interface requirements
Coordinate technical interfaces across mechanical, electrical, software, and external partner systems
Facilitate integration planning, risk identification, and issue resolution across engineering teams
Ensure interface requirements are traceable, testable, and aligned with system‑level architecture
Support system architecture development, requirements decomposition, and verification planning
Serve as the technical point of contact for interface‑related discussions with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
Drive consistency, clarity, and configuration control across all interface artifacts
Contribute to integration strategies, system-of-systems analyses, and design reviews
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related scientific discipline
10+ years of engineering experience, including work involving system interfaces, integration, or cross‑disciplinary coordination
Experience developing or managing interface requirements, ICDs, or integration plans
Strong communication skills and ability to work across diverse engineering domains
Preferred
Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
15+ years of engineering experience, ideally including systems engineering responsibilities
Experience with system architecture frameworks, interface management tools (Cameo, SysML, DOORS, 3D CAD tools), and configuration management
Demonstrated ability to lead integration efforts across complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
