Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Definition : Understand business challenges and translate them into data-driven questions, defining features for data products (e.g., dashboards, datasets)
Data Analysis & Interpretation: Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources (usage metrics, feedback) to find patterns, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities for improvement
Dashboard & KPI Development: Build and maintain performance tracking dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI to monitor product success and inform daily decisions
Stakeholder Communication: Support the presentation of data-driven insights and recommendations to product managers, engineers, and leadership to influence strategy and roadmap
Data Quality & Governance: Partner with data governance teams to ensure data products are reliable, consistent, and adhere to quality standards, working with quality assurance to resolve issues
Lifecycle Management: Support the lifecycle of a data product, from initial concept to post-launch analysis, ensuring it aligns with business value
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into clear data or reporting needs
Ability to create and maintain basic dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Excel
Exposure to validating data accuracy and resolving data quality issues with technical teams
Experience supporting the rollout and adoption of data products through documentation and user support
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to communicate between business and IT stakeholders
Familiarity with basic data analysis to answer ad hoc business questions
Experience collaborating with stakeholders across regions or business functions
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data concepts to non-technical audiences
Foundational technical skills in data analysis and reporting, including working with structured datasets and building basic dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Excel
Strong understanding of business objectives and how data products support decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment across functions and regions
Customer-focused mindset with a strong desire to support user adoption and continuous improvement of data products
Demonstrated ability to manage own workload and priorities across multiple requests
Ability to coordinate tasks and follow up with stakeholders to ensure requirements and deliverables stay on track
Capable of facilitating discussions, documenting decisions, and escalating issues when appropriate
Shows ownership mindset by proactively identifying gaps, risks, or improvement opportunities and communicating them clearly
Fluency in English
Preferred
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
