Mid LevelModern Mill is seeking a driven Territory Manager to cover Ohio, Michigan & Western Pennsylvania. This role focuses on building new business, developing long-term relationships, and growing repeat sales of ACRE® by Modern Mill.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage a target and conversion list of dealers, architects, builders, remodelers, contractors, and installers
Actively prospect and grow new business while expanding repeat business within the territory
Maintain an aggressive end-user call schedule throughout the year to generate product awareness and demand
Conduct in-field training and product demonstrations for builders, remodelers, installers, and other end users
Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and their sales representatives
Schedule and conduct joint field sales calls with dealer and distributor representatives
Train dealer and distributor sales teams on Modern Mill products
Respond promptly to end-user questions regarding product availability, applications, and terms
Actively assist in resolving customer concerns and support the warranty claims process in collaboration with the Product and Quality teams
Participate in local trade shows and cold-call prospective builders, contractors, and architects
Generate, track, and coordinate sales opportunities with local dealers and distributors; accurately document all activity in CRM
Prepare sales analysis reports and maintain an up-to-date calendar of appointments and activities
Keep Modern Mill headquarters informed of key market insights, including competitor activity, customer changes, and regional trends
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Experience with sales processes, including consultative selling and negotiation
Valid driver's license and ability to travel overnight
Willingness to travel overnight up to 20%
A strong hunter's mentality with a passion for winning new business
Self-starter who is also a collaborative team player
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
