Responsibilities
Provide technical support for IP and analog video surveillance systems
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
Configure and support cameras, recorders, and associated network equipment
Assist in oversight of Tier 2 support activities and contribute to training documentation
Participate in technical meetings, briefings, and working sessions
Support system deployment, integration, and ongoing operational needs
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including technical teams and leadership
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience with analog and digital/IP camera systems
Experience supporting deployed video surveillance or security systems
Background in network and systems administration, including design and deployment
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to isolate and resolve issues methodically
Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routers, switches, VLANs, firewalls, NAT, and VPN technologies
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
Active Secret Clearance or higher (required)
