Responsibilities
Support the execution of complex projects and programs with significant financial impact within the Provider Partnerships & Network Management team
Develop and manage project and program management documents and infrastructure including project plans, action item & decision logs, meeting agendas, SharePoint/collaborative workspaces, presentations, and meeting agendas and materials
Participate cross-functionally in business planning to support business unit strategy
Exercise independent judgement in developing and implementing ongoing process improvement to ensure project success
Monitor project milestone delivery and potential impact to cross project dependencies
Work with various stakeholders to identify causes of operational issues, facilitates needed investigations, analyzes data and related findings, and develops reports incorporating conclusions and detailed recommendations
Resolve issues appropriately as needed for expedited response
Facilitate meetings and workshops for the teams and other groups as needed

Qualification
Required
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Requires at least 3 years of prior relevant experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, directors, managers, and subject matter experts
Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint in preparing and making presentations to various levels of management
Knowledge of Blue Shield of CA or similar health care organization structure
Experience creating multi-year program roadmaps, facilitating project planning activities, and/or developing and implementing tools and processes to manage and track performance of strategic initiatives
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a virtual team and adapt to a culture of learning and innovation
Ability to function independently and produce results that meet standards of quality, timeliness, and acceptability
Preferred
Project Management certification preferred
