Responsibilities
Establishing voice, messaging, and data communications for multiple-satellite programs of varying priorities and classifications
Configuration and monitoring of displays for computer and network equipment during normal mission operations
Multi-program coordination and scheduling using custom software tools
Determination of any anomalous condition and providing corrective actions as required
Generation of downtime reports and other associated documentation for operational outages
Support to various operations status, engineering review, and problem boards
Identification of areas of concern, issues, inefficiencies, and other non-value-added activities, as well as proved recommended solutions, as appropriate
Supporting site operations to ensure quality, safety, and compliance requirements are maintained as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)/Statement of Work (SOW), site specific Occupational Safety and Health Administration publications, and local/state policies/regulations
Supporting the FROST Managers to ensure a collaborative relationship is maintained with our Prime and government customer
Qualification
Required
US Citizenship required
High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of related experience with Satellite Operations, including military or civilian training and experience
Must have an active TS/SCI with a POLY
Must be willing to work shifts as required to support mission operations
Preferred
Ability to solve complex problems in a challenging and dynamic environment
Analytical skills and the ability to perform assigned technical tasks
Excellent communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
