Responsibilities

Develop effective and efficient methods to meet customer needs; serve as the primary customer contact on all new initiatives and/or high-level critical issues
Drive operational efficiencies to improve service and financial performance
Conduct strategic account reviews with all assigned customers to assess service needs and usage trends on a regular basis
Execute individually assigned components of startup action plans
Participate in developing integration plans to support client and company initiatives
Direct, develop, mentor and lead operational teams
Establish and meet site objectives in the areas of financial performance, safety, quality and customer service

Qualification

Logistics experienceManagerial experienceData analysisBachelor’s degreeStrategic decision-making

Required

7 years of logistics experience
Experience in a managerial role
Experience performing complex analyses of data, processes, policies, procedures and/or systems

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Management or Logistics
Availability to work a flexible schedule, which may include weekends; travel up to 25% of the time
The capacity to take calculated risks and make strategic, results-oriented decisions while accepting responsibility for the results
