PROGRAM ANALYST (SCRM)
The Defense Information Systems Agency is seeking a Program Analyst for their Cyber Excepted Service. The role involves overseeing the planning and execution of management and administrative services to support the Supply Chain Risk Management Program and serving as a technical expert on related policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
Oversees the planning, direction, coordination, and execution of various management and administrative services to support the agency’s Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Program
Serves as a primary advisor and technical expert on administrative functions and keeps abreast of new policies, procedures, regulations and directives
Reviews and analyzes both new and existing policies and procedures, identifies potential problem areas, develops plausible solutions and initiates recommendations for new, revised, or modified policies and procedures
Serves as central point of contact for authoritative information on Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) policies, procedures and requirements
Supports the development and on-going improvement of SCRM workflow processes and is responsible for the project planning and completion and the development of final reports and recommendations

Required
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service
This national security position, which may require access to classified information, requires a favorable suitability review and security clearance as a condition of employment. Failure to maintain security eligibility may result in termination
This position requires a Top Secret/SCI security clearance
Drug Testing Position
To qualify at the GG-13, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position
Experience in applying the mission, function, and administrative goals and objectives of the Supply Chain Risk Management Program to organizational planning, operations management, third-party vendor market research, and process improvement
Candidates must describe how they meet the qualifying experience and/or selective placement factor(s) within the body of their resume
All qualifications must be met within 30 days after the closing date of this announcement
There is no substitution of education for the qualifying experience at the GG-13 grade level
