Responsibilities

Develop AI solutions for Sponsored Brands advertiser and shopper experiences. Build products that leverage generative models to improve campaign performance
You invent and design new solutions for scientifically-complex problem areas in new business initiatives
Identify new opportunities and write new proposals to help us drive new growth areas for our advertisers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on fast-paced, challenging projects, experimenting with new possibilities and taking calculated risks
Develop product strategies, roadmaps, and detailed requirements to execute your vision
Work closely with science, engineering, design, operations, legal, customer service, and executive teams to ensure seamless execution
Leverage your analytical skills and work independently, with high standards
Throughout, you will internalize Amazon’s Leadership Principles, and live those into everyday practices to guide your programs to success

Required

2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred

Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
