Responsibilities

You’ll take ownership of complex PCB layout tasks, including:
High‑Speed Digital
DDRx, PCIe, SERDES, LVDS, MIPI, and multi‑gigabit interfaces
Constraint‑driven routing, length tuning, and impedance‑controlled structures
Tight timing, SI‑aware routing, and multi‑layer stackup collaboration
Mixed‑Signal & RF
Sensitive analog routing, isolation strategies, and noise‑aware placement
RF path layout, controlled impedance geometries, and stackup refinement
Power & Thermal
High‑current routing, PDN optimization, and thermal relief strategies
Collaboration with ME/EE teams on copper balancing and heat‑spreading
Manufacturability & Quality
DFM/DFT best practices integrated into every design
Clean documentation packages, fab notes, and release‑ready deliverables
Working with engineers who value precision, clarity, and predictable execution

Qualification

Altium DesignerCadence AllegroHigh-speed PCB designStackup understandingImpedance controlCollaboration skillsProject management

Required

Strong proficiency in Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro
Experience with high-speed, dense, or complex PCB designs
Solid understanding of stackups, impedance control, routing rules, and SI/PI fundamentals
Ability to collaborate directly with electrical and mechanical engineers
Comfortable managing multiple active projects in a remote environment
US work authorization
