Responsibilities
Monitor and oversee assigned functional areas (loan servicing, bankruptcy, accounting, imaging, or mail operations)
Conduct quality sampling reviews to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
Provide training, mentoring, and operational guidance to staff
Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities
Support compliance reviews, audits, and reporting requirements
Promote consistency, efficiency, and adherence to established procedures
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of management experience in loan servicing
Demonstrated operational expertise in at least one specialty area: Loan servicing, Bankruptcy processing, Financial/accounting operations, Imaging/document management, Mail operations
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Comfortable working in structured, compliance-focused environments
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
Ability to successfully pass a background investigation (MBI/NACIC)
