Program Management Manager

As the Program Management Manager, you will lead the Program Management team to implement plans and processes that ensure high quality services for 340B customers while overseeing project scope, cost, schedule, and quality.

Responsibilities

Providing leadership to ensure delivery of high‑quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations
Anticipating and identifying barriers to project completion and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly
Developing best‑practice methods that enhance service efficiency, quality, and profitability
Ensuring team compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements while managing risk effectively
Assisting in program‑level implementation planning and roadmap execution
Managing team performance, development, recruitment, coaching, and engagement to maintain a high‑performing team
Maintaining and supporting project management tools, including testing system upgrades
Allocating project management resources for new initiatives and maintaining a skills‑based resource matrix

Qualification

Required

Broad understanding of customer operations, regulatory processes, and TCG products
Strong knowledge of project management principles
Solid understanding of 340B and healthcare revenue integrity
Familiarity with healthcare IT standards and hospital/pharmacy workflows
Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid billing
Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate business needs
Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
Analytical and data‑driven, with strong problem‑solving abilities
Highly customer‑focused with strong coaching and mentoring capabilities
Confident, accountable, organized, and effective at managing change
Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate level)
5+ years managing complex, full‑lifecycle projects
2+ years supervisory or management experience
4+ years implementing healthcare‑related products or services
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of related experience
Industry recognized project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, ITIL, CompTIA Project+, PMP)
