Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth assessments of IT risks across applications, infrastructure, and cloud/SaaS environments
Design, review, and implement security controls, policies, and procedures to enhance security posture
Ensure alignment with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL) and regulatory requirements
Define Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and provide clear reporting to stakeholders and management regarding potential exposure
Support internal/external technology audits and assist with third-party risk management
Establishes and manages implementation plan and actions through closure
Regularly communicates status to senior management and dependent work streams
Leads complex initiatives and projects
Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes
Responsible for planning, developing, and executing schedules, ensuring methodology compliance
Manage complex resolutions, and help develop solutions to complex problems
Regularly communicate to senior management regarding the status of specific project deliverables, and interact with client to set and manage expectations
A successful candidate will transition into a release deployment manager role

Required

Conduct in-depth assessments of IT risks across applications, infrastructure, and cloud/SaaS environments
Design, review, and implement security controls, policies, and procedures to enhance security posture
Ensure alignment with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL) and regulatory requirements
Define Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and provide clear reporting to stakeholders and management regarding potential exposure
Support internal/external technology audits and assist with third-party risk management
Establishes and manages implementation plan and actions through closure
Regularly communicates status to senior management and dependent work streams
Strong listening, oral, written and presentation skills and effective interpersonal skills
Sound organizational, planning and multi-tasking skills
Strong leadership, interpersonal, relationship-building and negotiation skills with a solid track record for developing internal and external relationships
Leads complex initiatives and projects
Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes
Responsible for planning, developing, and executing schedules, ensuring methodology compliance
Manage complex resolutions, and help develop solutions to complex problems
Regularly communicate to senior management regarding the status of specific project deliverables, and interact with client to set and manage expectations
Knowledge and demonstrated expertise in the areas of planning and technical project management
Have a background in process improvement
Effective at working independently once provided clear guidance
Demonstrated leadership skills
Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices
Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed
Report any suspected information security violation or breach
Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines
