The analyst will work closely with senior coverage officers to support the firm’s capital formation efforts and strategic advisory initiatives, gaining exposure to private equity, private credit, real estate, and infrastructure strategies.

Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance Perella Weinberg’s CRM database
Build and automate CRM reports and dashboards of investor feedback, meeting takeaways, and interests
Screen prospective investors’ appetite for secondary, co-investment, and direct investments through desktop research prior to initial outreach
Produce detailed briefing materials in advance of roadshows and conferences
Prepare and regularly update presentation materials that align with Perella Weinberg’s brand and standards
Support activities of senior bankers across various strategic initiative
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and at least 1 year of relevant work experience at an investment bank, placement agent, or similar
Exacting attention to detail, high standards of accuracy, and consistently high-quality work product
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
Enthusiasm and intellectual curiosity to develop a deep understanding of secondaries and private markets
Effective and professional communication skills (both written and verbal) to internal and external audiences
Desire to work in a team environment, often under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills and high EQ
Impressive responsiveness with a relentless work ethic
Ability to efficiently manage multiple internal and external workstreams simultaneously
Proactive team player who continuously looks for innovative ways to add value to clients, prospects, and internal partners
Resourceful and proficient in gathering market intelligence and data from various sources such as industry publications, databases, whitepapers, and reports to further the goals of clients and our firm
FINRA Series 79, Series 63, and Security Industry Essentials (SIE) licenses or ability to obtain promptly
Role is in-person in South Florida. Candidates must relocate if not local

Experience with CRM systems, analytics, and/or data science
