Responsibilities

Oversee the safe functioning of all stationary equipment and machinery
Conduct routine inspections and promptly report any issues or abnormalities to leadership
Carry out preventive maintenance tasks and maintain accurate records of service activities
Adjust equipment settings to optimize safety, performance, and energy efficiency
Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, consumables, chemicals, gaskets, pumps, and related materials
Participate in training programs to stay current on certifications, emerging technologies, and operational best practices

Required

High School Diploma or GED, along with at least four years of relevant hands‑on experience
Valid Stationary Engineer license with documented proof of certification
Experience working with building automation systems, including both pneumatic and electronic controls
Strong technical knowledge of systems such as: Boilers, Ammonia and Freon chillers, Air compressors, Glycol and AHU cooling systems, Fire protection systems, Air handling equipment, Wastewater systems, Hot oil systems
