Responsibilities
Lead Veeva Implementations: Drive hands-on implementation across Vault CRM and PromoMats including configuration, workflows, and feature enablement
Translate business requirements into solutions: Partner with client stakeholders to gather, refine, and recommend scalable, compliant solutions
Support Commercial & Medical Use Cases: Enable field activity tracking, content lifecycle workflows, approval processes, and compliance frameworks
Hands-on system configuration: Configure objects, workflows, security models, and system enhancements without heavy oversight
Collaborate with global teams: Work alongside internal cross-functional teams and offshore developers, providing guidance and reviewing deliverables
Ensure delivery excellence: Own solution quality, timelines, and stakeholder communication
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of experience in life sciences technology/consulting, with strong Veeva implementation exposure
Hands-on expertise in Veeva Vault CRM and PromoMats including configuration and workflow management
Experience in Commercial and/or Medical use cases (field activity tracking, content approvals, compliance processes, etc.)
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with U.S.-based clients
Ability to operate independently as a senior individual contributor / solution lead
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Veeva certifications preferred, ideally:
Veeva Vault CRM Certification
Veeva Vault PromoMats Certification
