Responsibilities
Formulate and support development of new products and technologies based on relevant consumer insights in support of brand initiatives
Support the scoping of new technologies and the development of innovative products under the Lysol and Dettol brands globally
Work cross-functionally and be R&D lead on project teams to achieve key milestones and objectives
Conduct lab-based performance and stability studies to support new product launches
Understand the Reckitt product development life cycle and deliver projects according to global guidelines
Maintain good written and oral communication with R&D, Marketing, and Supply colleagues on project developments
Participate in periodic quality audits
Read, understand and apply SOP / ISO / GLP protocols with regards to:
Data generation for Product Registration for submission to Global Regulatory Agencies
Proper operation, standardization & maintenance of lab equipment
Maintaining accurate laboratory notebooks
Following Safety and Good Housekeeping requirements
Qualification
Required
BS/BA degree in a related science and 0-2 years' relevant experience in Personal Care and/or Surface Care
Good formulation knowledge and understanding of chemical interactions, any aerosols knowledge is a plus
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and the timely execution of multiple project objectives within established timelines
Strong interpersonal skills to nurture teamwork and foster an environment of achievement, including cross-functional project teams involving members from Marketing, Supply, and R&D
Strong oral & written communication skills
Results-oriented and self-motivating, seeking information from others to accomplish objectives
Ability to display a degree of flexibility and adapt effectively to change
Proficient with common software applications, including MSOffice
