Responsibilities
Oversee maintenance operations, grounds & amenities
Complete work orders and unit turns
Lead, train, and schedule maintenance staff
Respond to on-call and emergency requests
Coordinate vendors and manage inventory/budget
Ensure OSHA, EPA & Fair Housing compliance
Deliver excellent resident service
Qualification
Required
2+ years multifamily maintenance experience
HVAC experience with EPA Type II or Universal certification
Strong electrical, plumbing & general maintenance skills
Reliable transportation, basic tools & on-call availability
Preferred
Supervisory experience preferred
CPO certification a plus
