Multi-Functional Associate Manager

Responsibilities
Help supervisors resolve production issues and adhere to standard processes
Proactively set expectations with Factory Support and escalate issues if Factory Support teams do not provide required service levels
Participate in cost meetings to determine build progress against budget and other financial measures
Develop self in preparation for a successful transition to manager by proactively developing leadership and professional competencies
Interact with the Manager – Build to set self-development goals and learn best practices
Qualification
Required
Experience in aircraft assembly techniques, theory & practice
Experience in aircraft quality standards & the cost of quality concepts
Experience developing process corrections or variations that fit within the quality standards and expectations
Preferred
Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex matters / solutions with senior leadership
Ability to manage, coach, train and motivate team in technical and leadership development
Experience in business metrics to drive performance (i.e. cost, schedule, quality)
Experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Experience in Lean Manufacturing concepts
