Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable Kubernetes-based infrastructure
Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines that enable automated testing, deployment, and monitoring of microservices
Define and enforce best practices for containerization, infrastructure as code (IaC), and Kubernetes operations
Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to build resilient and secure cloud-native solutions
Drive improvements in observability, including logging, metrics, and alerting, using tools like Prometheus, Data Dog, or similar
Own and maintain Helm charts, Kubernetes manifests, and automation scripts for multi-environment deployments
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in cloud and containerized environments
Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and Kubernetes CNCF ecosystem advancements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of DevOps / Cloud Engineering experience in large-scale production environments
Strong expertise in Azure, including AKS, Azure DevOps, Azure Networking, VNets, and cloud security fundamentals
Deep Linux experience, including tuning, troubleshooting, scripting, and system operations
Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/AKS)
Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar
Expertise in at least one scripting language: Bash, Python, Go, etc
Demonstrated experience implementing IaC (Terraform/Bicep) and configuration management
Solid understanding of networking concepts: DNS, load balancing, firewalls, routing
Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Azure Monitor)
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or a related field
