Responsibilities
Assist in handling day to day administration of Samsara
Managing users, drivers, devices, and asset data
Ensuring consistent naming conventions and device health
Monitor dashboards
Resolve unassigned trips and incorrect driver assignments
Configure and maintain alerts
Support AWCs with troubleshooting telematics issues, such as connectivity, driver pairing, and camera alignment
Maintain process documentation
Uphold strict confidentiality when handling sensitive telemetry, location history, and driver-related data
