Responsibilities
Supporting the design and production of proposals, presentations, and visual assets for new business opportunities
Assisting senior graphic designers with layout, formatting, and visual consistency across pursuit materials, primarily in InDesign
Preparing and updating presentation decks using brand guidelines and established templates
Supporting design edits and revisions under tight deadlines
Organizing and maintaining digital assets and files
Collaborating with project managers to support pursuit timelines and deliverables
Participating in intern programming, professional development workshops, and final project presentations to Levy leadership
Qualification
Required
Full-time student currently enrolled at an accredited four-year university or college
Rising junior or senior majoring in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
Previous internship, academic, or project experience in graphic design
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively with designers, project managers, and cross-functional partners
Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and basic MS Office tools
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Ability to provide own housing and transportation to Levy's Chicago Home Office for the duration of the program
Preferred
Experience designing presentations or proposal-style materials
Familiarity with branding and visual identity standards
Experience working under deadlines or in a client-facing environment
Exposure to Canva or presentation-focused design tools
