Responsibilities
Lead the design of electrical systems including power distribution, stand-by power generation, lighting, communication, fire alarm, and security systems
Supervise and mentor a team of electrical engineers in project design and development
Review electrical department design documents for quality and adherence to industry standards
Collaborate with QA/QC teams to develop and implement quality standards and procedures
Support MEP management in manpower and production planning
Participate in business development initiatives and client presentations
Conduct site visits and field inspections to ensure design integrity
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
10+ years of design experience with building power, lighting, communication, and security systems
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Strong understanding of architectural and engineering industry regulations
Experience managing a team of professionals
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit
Preferred
LEED Accreditation
Familiarity with HVAC and plumbing systems
