Responsibilities
Utilize your strong problem solving, and communication skills focused on supporting 24/7 operations
Interact with users, engineering support, crew and management personnel as needed
Monitor crew logs for situational awareness
Maintain crew logs for activities that happen on shift
Contribute to procedural updates and procedure validation as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience in operation of command and control (C2) ground systems related to satellite operations
Must be an effective communicator with strong oral and written communications skills
Ability to support 24/7, 365 operations
US Citizenship is required
Security Clearance: TS/SCI
Preferred
Previous Experience on Mojave/Death Valley or related programs
Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting experience
Ground station communications, configuration, operation, and/or fault isolation experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
