Responsibilities
Greet residents, visitors, and team members with a friendly and professional demeanor
Provide concierge services including information, assistance, and coordination of resident requests
Monitor lobby area to ensure a safe and secure environment
Support transportation coordination for residents in a safe and enjoyable manner
Provides administrative support for the update, storage and distribution of directories, Concierge handbook, safety and emergency procedures, parking assignments, training materials and participation, and other documents
Collaborate with a self-directed team to ensure seamless front desk operations
Demonstrate “Nextraordinary” service behaviors that enhance the resident experience
Qualification
Required
Greet residents, visitors, and team members with a friendly and professional demeanor
Provide concierge services including information, assistance, and coordination of resident requests

College or equivalent experience
Experience working with older adults
Willingness to be part of a self-directed team
Valid drivers' license and excellent driving record
Service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills; ability to multi-task
MS Office proficiency
