Inside Sales Representative (Agentic AI startup)
NinjaTech AI is a pre-Series A, Silicon Valley-based Agentic AI company led by a strong founding team with deep roots at Google and AWS. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to build the sales motion, translate technical features into business value, and directly collaborate with the founding team. This role offers early ownership and a unique opportunity to influence the sales strategy of the company.

Qualification
Required
3–7 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally including startup environments
Experience with SaaS, AI, or infrastructure-driven products
Existing professional network relevant to NinjaTech AI's target market
Strong discovery and qualification instincts
Comfort operating in ambiguity and building process as you go
Curious, coachable, and fast learner
Confident with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Highly organized and self-directed
Willing to make outbound calls, testing messaging in the market, and rapidly iterating on outcomes
Preferred
Candidates who've shown that they can run deals end-to-end
Candidates who can sell without heavy enablement or brand recognition
Candidates who can adapt as the product and messaging evolve
