This role is responsible for protecting employee data in compliance with corporate governance and privacy standards while collaborating with various teams to maintain security and support HR operations.

Responsibilities
Design, maintain, and optimize SuccessFactors Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
Administer user groups, permission roles, workflows, and data access restrictions
Conduct regular access audits and ensure compliance with least-privilege principles and Segregation of Duties (SoD)
Ensure security configurations comply with internal controls, SOX requirements, and privacy standards
Prepare documentation and audit evidence for Internal and External Audit teams
Maintain detailed security documentation, access records, and change logs
Manage user access throughout onboarding, job changes, and offboarding
Troubleshoot access issues and escalate defects when required
Provide guidance to HR partners on role assignments and security impacts
Participate in SAP SuccessFactors biannual release management and regression testing
Support system enhancements and new module deployments
Maintain updated process documentation and security governance standards
Partner with HR Operations, Centers of Excellence, IT Security, IAM, and HR Technology teams
Provide SME-level guidance on SuccessFactors security best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong experience administering SAP SuccessFactors security
Deep knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
Understanding of HR data structures and employee lifecycle workflows
Knowledge of SOX, GDPR, corporate access controls, and enterprise risk management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Bachelors Degree
Preferred
Experience with SAP IAS/IPS, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Azure Active Directory
Background in HRIS, enterprise security, or IT governance
Experience working in large, matrixed corporate environments
SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central or Security (preferred)
