Responsibilities
Articulates and translates the strategic vision into the development and ongoing management of data products that drive enterprise-wide impact
Engage proactively with talent and enterprise stakeholders to identify gaps where formalized data products are needed
Lead the creation of the design, acceptable use cases, KPIs, quality measures, access patterns, and comprehensive implementation plans
Maintain close alignment with evolving stakeholder needs
Continuously intake feedback
Own the product feature roadmap to ensure sustained value delivery
Collaborate closely with various data personas—including stewards, strategy, solutions, business partners, and technology teams
Provide guidance to colleagues
Partner effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure data products align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value to customers and the business
Qualification
Required
Strong written and oral communication skills required
5-7+ years of experience working in coding and data solutions design principles, particularly in open source tools and technology
Preferred
Experience in communicating recommendations to senior business leaders preferred
BA/BS, or relevant work experience, in Computer Science or related field preferred
MBA or advanced degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or other quantitative discipline strongly preferred
