Responsibilities
Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting eCommerce data to identify trends and opportunities
Support the development of dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and revenue
Collaborate with UX, marketing, and technology teams to document requirements for site enhancements
Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to inform eCommerce strategies
Participate in testing and quality assurance for new site features and functionality
Help prepare presentations and insights for leadership and stakeholders
Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the eCommerce workflow
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital analytics
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
This is a temporary position for up to 12 weeks, in-person, and is a 40 hour/week position requiring 3 days/week at our Denver office, 9am-5pm MT Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Preferred
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Google Analytics experience
