Electromechanical Field Service Technician III - Los Angeles

Responsibilities
Provide customer-site servicing, installation and repair of complex electromechanical equipment
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through the use of data-driven tools
Provide support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of equipment
Receive escalated customer concerns on technical and service related problems
Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures using established procedures
Determine the most effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime
Prepare reports for analysis of product failure trends and serviceability issues
Qualification
Required
Technical expertise in electromechanical equipment
Ability to provide customer-site servicing, installation, and repair
High level of customer satisfaction through data-driven tools
Proactive attention to customer requirements
Positive customer interactions
Support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of equipment
Ability to receive escalated customer concerns on technical and service-related problems
