Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain highly available, low-latency infrastructure across AWS, co-located servers, and Google Cloud environments
Optimize systems to meet sub-millisecond latency requirements for critical applications
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for fast and reliable deployments
Develop and support machine learning operations pipelines for quantitative models
Manage DataBricks environments for large-scale data processing and model training
Implement automated model deployment, monitoring, and rollback procedures
Ensure seamless integration between ML models and production systems
Implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and observability frameworks
Conduct performance analysis and capacity planning for peak market volatility
Lead incident response and perform post-mortem analyses
Implement and maintain robust security controls for financial infrastructure
Qualification
Required
3+ years of DevOps or Platform Engineering experience in high-performance environments
Advanced proficiency with AWS and Google Cloud Platform services
Strong experience with DataBricks for big data and machine learning workloads
Proficiency with GitHub and CI/CD workflows
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or DataDog
Solid understanding of network optimization, kernel tuning, and hardware acceleration concepts
Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and/or Go
Experience with automation frameworks and configuration management tools
Understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
Preferred
Experience in financial services, trading firms, or hedge fund environments
Knowledge of derivatives markets, trading systems, or market data feeds
Experience with streaming data platforms such as Kafka, Pulsar, Kinesis, Chronicle Queue, or Aeron
Familiarity with quantitative finance or machine learning model deployment
Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional, or CKA/CKAD
