The role focuses on supporting a recently launched SAP S/4HANA environment by reducing invoice backlogs and driving sustainable no-touch invoice processing.

Responsibilities

Support backlog remediation efforts for invoices in the newly deployed SAP S/4HANA system
Execute VIM and P2P transactions to clear blocked invoices while simultaneously identifying and documenting underlying issues
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure root causes are permanently resolved to prevent recurrence
Provide insights to leadership by running VIM analytics and automation reports; track no-touch processing KPIs
Design and enhance workflows, troubleshoot system issues, and deliver training to super users and end users
Facilitate business sessions to align on priorities, requirements, testing, training, and deployment steps
Complete assigned tasks independently and effectively in a fast‑paced stabilization environment

Qualification

Required

Deep expertise in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
Experience with SAP S/4HANA
Ability to support backlog remediation efforts for invoices
Execute VIM and P2P transactions to clear blocked invoices
Identify and document underlying issues
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve root causes
Provide insights to leadership by running VIM analytics and automation reports
Track no-touch processing KPIs
Design and enhance workflows
Troubleshoot system issues
Deliver training to super users and end users
Facilitate business sessions to align on priorities, requirements, testing, training, and deployment steps
Complete assigned tasks independently and effectively in a fast-paced stabilization environment
Skills in Procure to Pay, OpenText VIM, root cause analysis, Business analysis, Workflow design

Preferred

Local candidates (Minnesota) preferred but not required
Certification in OpenText VIM or any SAP module
