The role involves investigating inventory discrepancies, managing cycle counts, and providing reporting to drive accuracy and cost savings.

Responsibilities
Conduct cycle counts, work order audits, purchase order audits, and location checks to resolve discrepancies
Analyze cycle count results and collaborate with management on corrective actions
Schedule cycle counts based on historical data to determine frequency and depth
Execute shipments, plus shipments, and recalls according to inventory needs
Create purchase requisitions for mass part rollouts using throughput, lead‑time, and inventory data
Maintain storeroom structure based on storeroom type
Collaborate with service leadership to maintain accurate pull lists
Coordinate inventory, tool, and PPE needs with service, warehouse, and procurement teams
Evaluate new parts being added to determine placement and stocking needs
Create inventory uploads for special projects
Communicate timelines and inventory requirements with warehouse, IT, and procurement teams
Build reports on used inventory savings, adjustments, and other analytics
Qualification
Required
Associate degree required
2–4 years of related experience
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to key 50 WPM
High attention to detail and strong math aptitude
Prior experience with inventory systems and best practices
Preferred
Experience with IBM Maximo preferred
