Design

Responsibilities

Own and lead moderately complex sustainability programs
Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery
Coordinate efforts across departments and suppliers
Support cross-functional alignment and change management
Manage sustainability systems and tools
Implement best practices and process improvements
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Translate sustainability goals into actionable plans
Support ESG and compliance reporting
Contribute to program documentation and dashboards
Mentor junior team members
Support team development and performance evaluations
Lead departmental initiatives and support strategy execution

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, or related field
4 – 6 years of experience in sustainability or program management

Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
Familiar with sustainability frameworks (LCA, ESG, EPDs)
Understanding of business operations and sustainability planning
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and environmental reporting standards
Experience with sustainability data platforms and tools
