Responsibilities

Consult with product teams across Google to advise on sign-in standards, ensuring solutions are elegant and scalable
Help define UX strategy and partner engagement with Product Management and Engineering, providing critical input on product direction and industry standards
Communicate solutions at various stages of definition using wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and early prototyping to drive alignment, managing projects through to design specifications
Coordinate with Product Manager, Engineering, Research, and Content Strategy to identify opportunities for validation and mitigate potential risks
Explore and advocate for emerging solutions, such as cross-device sign-in, and sign-in experiences that consider and mitigate unintentional harm

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design
Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)

Preferred

Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Track record of designing and shipping successful product experiences for emerging form factors or complex enterprise/identity systems
Ability to interpret loosely structured requirements across products to identify patterns and create elegantly simple user experiences
Ability to make design decisions that increase overall product appeal while adhering to Google brand styling
Strong core interaction design skills with attention to detail for systems-level problem solving
