Responsibilities
Assist Systems Administrators with daily operational and maintenance tasks
Learn to provide desktop and end-user support in a professional enterprise environment
Support various enterprise software applications and internal IT tools
Assist with deployment, configuration, and tracking of IT assets
Follow documented procedures and directions from senior IT staff
Participate in troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and network issues
Perform additional IT-related tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in an Information Technology–related field
Preference for candidates pursuing a Computer Science degree with electives in Systems or Network Administration
Demonstrated ability and eagerness to learn desktop support fundamentals
Willingness to learn and support enterprise-level software and systems
Ability to follow direction and work effectively in a structured environment
Friendly, professional, and supportive attitude
Strong work ethic and team-player mindset
Willing and able to accept new tasks and challenges as assigned
