Responsibilities
Enable and support GenAI services for internal users
Perform platform engineering and operational support
Design and support AWS infrastructure with deep networking involvement
Host and maintain services within AWS accounts
Support evolving network architecture, including Kubernetes/DevOps service integrations across multiple networks and organizations
Drive automation initiatives to eliminate manual operational tasks
Contribute to infrastructure automation efforts using Python and shell scripting
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience designing and supporting AWS platform infrastructure solutions
1–2 years of hands-on experience enabling GenAI solutions in AWS
Experience with AWS Bedrock and AWS GenAI services
Strong AWS networking experience including: VPC, VPC Endpoints (VPCe), PrivateLink, Security Groups, Route53, SCP, KMS, Policies, Roles
Hands-on experience with CloudFormation template design, development, deployment, and automation via CI/CD pipelines
Strong Infrastructure-as-Code experience
Python scripting (infrastructure-focused)
Unix shell scripting
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
