Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, enterprise 340B implementations from kickoff through post–go-live stabilization
Serve as the primary customer-facing implementation owner for executive-level stakeholders at Covered Entities and health systems
Drive implementation plans, milestones, dependencies, and readiness activities while ensuring alignment to contractual scope and timelines
Proactively identify delivery risks, adoption concerns, and organizational dependencies; manage mitigation and escalation paths
Facilitate Steering Committee meetings, executive status reviews, and decision-making forums
Produce clear, concise executive-level status reporting focused on progress, risks, decisions required, and next milestones
Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, translating implementation progress into business-relevant outcomes
Ensure consistent governance cadence, escalation paths, and decision ownership throughout the implementation
Aggregate and synthesize project-level plans, risks, milestones, and dependencies from multiple Project Managers into a single, cohesive enterprise implementation view
Coordinate cross functional teams to include Implementation, Operations, Data, Product, and Support teams to ensure aligned execution and consistent messaging
Ensure clear ownership, accountability, and handoffs across parallel workstreams
Partner with technical and integration teams as needed while remaining accountable for overall program health, timelines, and client communication
Lead client readiness planning including operational workflows, training coordination, cutover planning, and go-live preparedness
Guide clients through organizational change associated with new workflows, tools, and operating models
Ensure post–go-live monitoring plans are in place and client leadership has confidence in ongoing operations
Identify, track, and mitigate program risks, issues and dependencies; proactively escalate when needed
Apply EPMO standards, templates, and governance consistently across enterprise implementations
Contribute to refinement of implementation playbooks, executive reporting templates, and governance frameworks
Capture lessons learned and best practices to improve enterprise implementation delivery at scale

Required

7+ years of project or program management experience, including leadership of enterprise-scale client implementations
Proven experience managing executive stakeholders and facilitating Steering Committees
Strong background in healthcare IT, pharmacy operations, or regulated SaaS implementations
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex delivery status clearly to senior and executive audiences
Strong organizational, risk management, and escalation management skills

Preferred

PMP, PgMP, or Six Sigma certification desired
Prior experience with 340B TPAs, pharmacy data exchanges, or accumulation logic platforms
Comfort working in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative implementation environment
Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
