The Investment Banking Client Services & Financial Diligence Analyst will conduct financial modeling, perform due diligence, and support the investment banking process while managing client relationships throughout their M&A journey.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models (3-statement summaries, normalization schedules, working capital analysis)
Analyze financial statements, tax returns, KPIs, margin profiles, and growth trends
Prepare Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs)
Develop management presentations and buyer materials
Populate and manage virtual data rooms
Coordinate and respond to buyer diligence questions
Manage timeline execution from mandate through closing
Prepare clients for buyer calls and presentations
Assist with LOI negotiations and closing logistics
Maintain internal deal tracking and documentation
Qualification
Required
Conduct financial modeling
Perform due diligence
Analyze financial data
Support the investment banking process
Write Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs)
