Required

Dispatcher Training Simulator (DTS) for EMS
Power System Applications (Power Flow, State Estimator, Contingency Analysis, Load Forecasting)
EMS / ADMS / SCADA enhancements & defect fixing
Client PowerOn Reliance (XA21), AEMS, or equivalent platforms
Linux & Windows, Oracle / SQL Server
C / C++ / PERL / Shell scripting
ICCP, IEC, DNP3, Modbus
Administer and optimize Energy Management System (EMS) system through application configuration, tuning and security patching preferably on Client PowerOn Reliance (XA21) and/or AEMS Platform Software
Simulated RTU, Simulated IED, Console ICCP, IEC, DNP3, Modbus, Data Modeling, XML/JSON
Proficient in both Linux and Windows operating environments
Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server
Over 5 years of experience in Power system applications including Power Flow, State Estimator, Contingency analysis, Load Frequency Control(AGC), Dispatcher Training Simulator (DTS) with expertise in model validation event creation
Experience in programming languages for system integration or scripting, such as C, C++, PERL, or similar
SQL & Shell scripting, and ability to read and interpret logs and debug files
Must have experience in picking up and installing fixes on live customer systems
Model validation and defect fixing for DTS system
Perform necessary technical corrective actions to restore failed or failing technical services on EMS system
Conduct code review, deployment, testing and monitoring of break/fix patches and modification
Ability to manage client discussions, and technical reviews
Effective communication, documentation, and presentation abilities
Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
5 to 8 years of experience
Master's or Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
Mandatory domain experience: Power & Utility (Transmission / Generation / EMS / SCADA)
Technical requirement: SCADA + EMS experience along with programming expertise in C++ or Java or Python within a Linux environment
