They are seeking a Business Intelligence Intern to assist the Data Management team, focusing on data management and business intelligence tasks, including report preparation and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Assist with preparation of reports and data visualizations

Assist with analysis and creating presentations that outline findings and recommend changes

Assist with clearly articulating and documenting business requirements including communications, training needs, procedures, and effective communications to ensure adoption of new processes across the organization

Assist with reviewing and testing solutions in both a primary and secondary role to ensure accurate results prior to release for production

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain hands-on experience in business intelligence and data analytics best practices

Coordinate with team members and employees across the organization to complete projects

Required

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in information technology, data analytics/data science, or related field

Senior standing or recent graduate

Preferred

Basic proficiency with at least one reporting or data analysis tool such as Power BI, Tableau, R, SQL, or Business Objects

Basic understanding of how to identify opportunities for process improvement and ask questions to clarify business needs

Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and ability to structure and solve problems

Ability to plan, prioritize, organize and control assigned activities with competing timelines

Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
