CrowdStrike is heavily used and is a primary investigation tool
Experience handling phishing investigations
A significant portion of Tier 1 workload involves phishing escalations from partner teams
Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools such as: Splunk, AppDynamics, Datadog (or similar platforms)
