Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
Respond to service requests and emergency calls (on-call rotation required)
Maintain community grounds and amenities
Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
Qualification
Required
Basic tools and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and communicate well with residents and team members
Physically able to walk properties, lift 25+ lbs, and work indoors/outdoors
Preferred
Maintenance or trade experience preferred, but not required
HVAC knowledge a plus; EPA certification preferred
Bilingual a plus
