Responsibilities
Develop and implement systems to track metrics progress within the division, and create communication materials to share the results aimed at educating others on CDC’s HAI/AR work, to include but not limited to fact sheets, PowerPoint presentations, and summary documents
Collect various types of information from appropriate internal and external subject matter experts to inform the development of materials to assist in collaborations with public health and healthcare partners
Inventory, track, analyze, summarize, and disseminate critical information and progress reports
Assist with meeting coordination. Develop meeting agendas, send meeting invitations to participants with meeting details, and coordinate conference room logistics
Qualification
Required
Records management and document control experience in accordance with federal policies
Ability to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence for internal and external audiences
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadline management
Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordination across teams and agencies
Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible experience providing administrative, data, or program management support
Ability to manage multiple administrative and data-related tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred
Bachelors degree in a related field
