Senior LevelVision Square INC is seeking an experienced OpenText Exstream Platform Architect to lead the modernization and migration of enterprise communication composition capabilities to the OpenText Exstream platform. This role will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and optimizing high-availability, high-volume omni-channel communication solutions, while guiding internal and partner teams through successful delivery.

Responsibilities
Architect, build, install, configure, and optimize the OpenText Exstream platform to support:
Batch, real-time, and interactive communications
Letters, quotes, proposals, and omni-channel outputs (print, email, mobile, online)
Lead the migration of composition workloads from third-party vendors to an in-house Exstream capability
Redesign and modernize existing templates to align with business and branding requirements
Analyze customer and business requirements to design end-to-end Exstream solution architecture and integrations
Evaluate and recommend infrastructure strategies (Cloud vs On-Prem), including High Availability (HA) and disaster recovery architectures
Design and implement high-volume, high-performance Exstream solutions with omni-channel delivery
Architect publishing orchestration workflows, including:
Task sequencing and orchestration
Logging optimization
Fault detection, error handling, and recovery
Channel delivery optimization
Lead and mentor Exstream internal resources and partner teams during implementation
Conduct customer workshops and knowledge-transfer sessions on Exstream product capabilities
Provide hands-on support for performance tuning and troubleshooting
Consult with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business strategies and goals

Experienced OpenText Exstream Platform Architect

OpenText Exstream Products: Exstream Design Manager / Designer, Communication Builder, Communication Server / Orchestrator, Workshop / Supervisor, ReTouch / StoryTeller, Exstream Empower, Exstream Content Author, OT Notifications, OpenText Directory Services (OTDS), Adobe eSign integration
Deep understanding of Exstream platform components and internal architecture
Experience integrating Exstream with CRM systems, custom applications and enterprise systems
Experience migrating workloads from other CCM platforms to Exstream
Omni-channel delivery architecture (print, email, mobile, online)
