Responsibilities
Ensure accurate customer data processing across systems while supporting regulatory compliance (TCPA, CPRA) and consent/preference management
Monitor and improve data quality through audits, anomaly detection, validation of business rules, and troubleshooting data flows using SQL
Maintain clear documentation of workflows, cross-system logic, and business rules; support requirement gathering for enhancements and fixes
Coordinate cross-functional tasks, track deadlines and action items, and respond to internal and external data-related inquiries
Qualification
Required
Strong SQL proficiency for querying, validating, and troubleshooting data
High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Clear documentation and requirement gathering skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams, with strong written and verbal communication skills
