Responsibilities

Own the full subscription lifecycle of existing SD-WAN products, including offer updates, pricing changes, packaging revisions, and end-of-life transitions
Monitor operational performance across entitlement, billing, onboarding, and customer consumption systems, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions
Maintain SKU governance, ensuring SKUs remain accurate, compliant, and aligned with evolving business models, bundling strategies, and operational requirements
Partner with Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure product lifecycle changes are reflected consistently across quoting, fulfillment, revenue recognition, and support systems
Drive the integration of new and existing SD-WAN and SASE offers into core business systems—including CPQ, CRM, ERP, commerce, and entitlement platforms
Translate product requirements into system readiness, working with business systems teams to define configuration rules, pricing logic, and order flows
Run cross-functional enablement cycles with teams across Sales Ops, RevOps, Deal Desk, Support, and IT to ensure offers can be quoted, ordered, fulfilled, and supported smoothly at launch
Conduct end-to-end validation of offers in sandbox and production environments to ensure readiness before release
Lead offers through all NPI phases (Business Commit, Execution Commit, Release Commit), ensuring milestones, documentation, system changes, and GTM deliverables are properly sequenced and aligned
Coordinate across engineering, product management, program management, and business systems to resolve blockers, clarify requirements, and keep programs on track
Drive operational readiness checkpoints, confirming that fulfillment, entitlement, billing, support, and field teams are prepared for launch
Provide post-launch support, troubleshooting issues, collecting feedback, and driving uptake and adoption for Sales and Channel teams
Serve as a key leader in Day 1 and post-merger integration, driving alignment of product catalogs, SKUs, entitlement models, pricing structures, and operational workflow
Accelerate the integration of Juniper security offerings into unified business and GTM systems, ensuring seamless customer and partner experience during the transition
Partner closely with M&A integration leads, engineering, and business systems to clarify requirements, define cutover strategies, and support readiness for each integration milestone
Identify operational or technical gaps between the two companies’ business systems and propose solutions that minimize customer friction and accelerate revenue capture
Develop detailed quoting guides, ordering workflows, and troubleshooting guides that help Sales, Channel, and Support teams navigate new SD-WAN and SASE offerings confidently
Work with GTM and Product Marketing to craft internal and external launch materials that clearly articulate packaging, pricing, value props, and use cases
Provide enablement sessions, Q&A calls, and onboarding tools to ensure field teams understand offer rules, positioning, and ordering paths
Act as a subject-matter expert for as-a-Service offers, supporting escalations and advising stakeholders on deal structure, quoting logic, and integration scenarios
Partner with Product Managers to translate roadmap elements into operational readiness requirements and system capabilities needed to support new models
Lead internal productization initiatives for quotability, orderability, fulfillment operations, and supply-chain integration for SaaS and hybrid offers
Develop dashboards and KPIs to measure adoption, attach rates, usage, and revenue contribution of SD-WAN and SASE offerings
Create technical and GTM content, including datasheets, whitepapers, solution briefs, and training modules that support the lifecycle of security SaaS products
