Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end operations and digitalization projects, including MES implementation, test system improvements, automation, and process optimization
Partner with production, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams to define project goals, scope, and success metrics
Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
Monitor progress, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Deliver clear project updates, executive‑level reporting, and stakeholder communication
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Keep current with industry best practices and regulatory updates
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
5+ years of project management in a manufacturing or operations environment
Multi‑location project management required
Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems and metrics (MES, OEE, takt time, yield, test systems)
Proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management
Experience working in matrixed organizations with R&D and Operations
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills
A proactive, can‑do mindset
Preferred
Master's degree
Global experience
PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or comparable certification
