Information Technology
Responsibilities
Deploy new hardware and ensure devices are properly connected to the network
Troubleshoot Level I technical issues in real time
Follow intake and workflow processes related to IT service management
Collaborate with team members while also working independently when needed
Interact with medical staff and provide high‑quality customer service and support
Assist with various project initiatives such as workstation builds, equipment refreshes, and technology upgrades
Travel to multiple assigned locations as required
Qualification
Required
Experience with hardware deployment and basic network connectivity
Strong troubleshooting skills, especially for Level I issues
Familiarity with IT service management processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Coachable, adaptable, and self-motivated
Willingness to travel between locations
